Project Operating

Flushing Point Plaza is a qualifying EB-5 project in Targeted Employment Areas (TEA) approved by USCIS . It is being subject to supervision by NYUS Regional Center, in strict accordance with requirements of USCIS and the United States relevant laws and regulations.
Qualified investors who invest through the Project may apply a conditional green card valid for two years. Upon receipt of that conditional permanent resident status, the investor and immediate family are entitled to the same benefits as other lawful permanent residents.
Diverse withdrawal mechanisms are available in the project. Once whole investment process completes, each investor enjoys the right to choose to get capital repayment or the priority to enjoy more profits from the investment.
