Project Overview

Flushing Point Plaza will be a three‐tower, mixed‐use project.  
The central tower will be 19‐stories in height and will include two hotels; a 374‐room Crowne Plaza Hotel and a 141‐room Staybridge Hotel.  
The South Tower and North Tower will both include residential condominium units.
A total of 166 oneand two‐bedrooms will be located on the 2nd through 19th floors in the North Tower and 160 one‐and two‐bedroom units will be located on the 2nd through 19th floors in the South Tower. 
A total of 326 units in both towers are above residential lobbies on the ground floors.  Garaged parking for 390 cars and 192 bicycles is located between the North and South Towers. 
All three towers are interconnected and will share the above ground parking and a rooftop park over the parking garage.

Licensing Agreements for the Staybridge Suites Hotel and the Crown Plaza were executed on June 17, 2016 by Developer and Holiday Hospitality Franchising, LLC, the InterContinental Hotels Group (“IHG”) . Both are parts of the IHG portfolio, which has more than 5,000 hotels and over 744,000 guest rooms in its System in nearly 100 countries, and has over 1,300 hotels in its development pipeline.

CROWN PLAZA HOTEL

The Crown Resorts Hotel will utilize the hotel lobby on the 1st floor.  Hotel amenities are located on the second floor and include a fitness room.  The 3rd floor will have 14 guest rooms and hotel meeting space.  The 4th through 12th floor will each have 40 hotel guest suites.  In total, there will be 374 Crowne Resorts guest suites.  A terrace bar with restaurant and outdoor café space located on the 16th floor completes the Crown Resorts Hotel space usage.  Parking for hotel guests will be available by Valet or in the parking garage.

STAYBRIDGE SUITE HOTEL

The Staybridge Suites will have 33 hotel guest suites on the 13th, 14th, and 15th floors.  Fifteen guest suites will be located on the 17th and 18th floor, with the remaining 12 guest suites located on the 19th floor.  A total of 141 guest suites will be available at the Staybridge Suites.
The Staybridge Suites guests will have access to the amenities listed for the Crowne Resorts.  Additionally, Staybridge guests will have access to the 16th floor terrace bar with the restaurant and outdoor café space.  Parking for hotel guests will be available in the parking garage.
