DOWNTOWN FLUSHING
Location
Flushing is strategically located in between eastern Long Island and Manhattan to the west. IT also has upstate New York and Connecticut to the north and Brooklyn to the south. It's close proximity to all the major areas that ASIAN reside in New York state. Whereas New York is the financial capital of the United States, Flushing has already grown as the largest ASIA town in America. Our project is well located within Downtown Flushing.

Surrounding Environment
Flushing Point Plaza will be located within the Flushing neighborhood of Queens Borough, and is bounded by Willets Point Boulevard to the north, Union Turnpike to the south, Francis Lewis Boulevard to the east, and Flushing Meadows‐Corona Park to the west. Project site over looks the Citi Field (for New York Mets Baseball) and U.S.T.A. Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (for U.S. Open) and Manhattan to the west. The Queens Museum of Art, the New York Hall of Science, Queens Theatre in the Park, the Queens Wildlife Center, and the Queens Botanical Garden are all nearby.

Transportation Overview
Downtown Flushing is served by the No. 7 subway line along Roosevelt Avenue, with stations as Mets Willets Point and Flushing Main Street. The Long Island Railroad also has stations at Mets Willets Point and Flushing Main Street, approximately a half block south of the subway line, providing limited‐stop service to New York Penn Station. Numerous bus lines run throughout the neighborhood, with 11 lines running along Main Street. Other bus lines include service along Northern Boulevard, Roosevelt Avenue, and Kissena Boulevard, among others. The Van Wyck Expressway (I‐278) bisects the neighborhood, providing access to John F. Kennedy International Airport to the south and the Whitestone Bridge to the north. The Grand Central Parkway along the eastern portion of the neighborhood provides access to LaGuardia Airport and the RFK Bridge to the northwest and Long Island’s Nassau County to the southeast. The Long Island Expressway (I‐495) along the southern portion of the neighborhood provides access to the Queens‐Midtown Tunnel to the west and areas of Long Island to the east.

Due to the gathering of the large Asian communities, Flushing has become quite welcomed among Asian investors. Capital and commerce have followed the population growth. Here are attractive business opportunities and attractive prices all around.
Development activity already is obvious in housing and retailing. As Asian countries in the global economy are showing strong power, Flushing became the ideal bridge connecting the United States and Asia market.
